What we collect

What you type into our forms (your name, contact details, the car you're interested in, trade-in details and photos, and the finance details you choose to give), and basic, anonymous site statistics.

Why

To answer your enquiry, arrange test drives, video tours and deliveries, value your car, look for the car you asked us to find, and process finance applications you ask us to submit.

Who we share it with

Finance providers, only when you apply for finance; delivery partners, only to deliver your car. We never sell your information.

On your device

My Garage, Compare and your finance settings are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the purpose you gave it for, and as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to marketing, by emailing jacques@iscars.co.za. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
